1- Introduction

- Nadel platform allows merchants who use the platform to fully control the menu, its presentation, and the choice of language in a clear and convenient way for visitors to Nadel platform, with the ability to complete the order and pay according to the package chosen by the merchant.

The Privacy Policy is to explain and understand the way information is collected, used and stored. It is subject to update at any time as your use of the Nader platform constitutes acceptance of the policies, terms and conditions.

- When subscribing to any of the services provided by Nadel platform or your dealings with the employer using the services of Nadel platform, you agree to the terms of the privacy policy and thus agree to the terms of service of Nadel platform. The Privacy Policy is a legally binding agreement between you and the customer, the employer or any other party if you are acting on their behalf in accordance with an authorized authorization or an official agency as a user of the Services, the server platform and its affiliate companies and services.

2- Data from the merchant

- If you are a merchant, you agree to post a privacy policy on your storefront that complies with the laws and regulations applicable to your business. You also agree to obtain the consent of your customers for the use and access of their personal information by the Nader platform and any other parties designated as a third party by the Nader.

- Your name, address, email address and mobile number

- This data is requested to benefit from the services of Nadel after verifying your identity

- Data is collected from web pages hosted by a server that you visit. We also collect data about how and when you access your account, including information about your device, browser, network connection, and IP address.

This information is collected to improve our services

- When you complete the registration process for the services, you will be able to choose the package that suits you and activate the payment services in your account. If you do, we will collect your address, business type, business identification number, date of birth (if you are a sole business owner), bank account information and personal identification information/official identification.

- The merchant bears full responsibility for the existing information and the displayed data and ensures that the prices on the platform match

The merchant is solely responsible for any liability or penalty resulting from any violation related to his products or licenses

- In the event that a wrong request arrives to the customer, the merchant bears full responsibility and compensates the customer with what it deems appropriate for it

- In the event that the credit card is paid through the application, the merchant shall bear the fees and commissions incurred

3- Data from merchant customers

- The name of the merchant's customers and their electronic addresses - shipping and billing addresses, mobile phone number, IP address and device data are collected.

We need this information to provide the merchant with our services including support, completion and facilitation of orders, payments, and documentation.

4- Visitors to Nadel website and platform

- Information is collected from visitors to Nadel website about the device, browser it uses, network connection and its IP address. We may also receive personal information when you submit requests, support tickets, or other requests to the server through any of our websites.
